Had a great new year's experience! Loved the beautiful grounds and well-maintained rooms. The food was excellent, with lots of variety. The location was convenient, close to the main attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
There were a few downsides. The hotel had an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms, which was promptly addressed but still an inconvenience.

Conveniently Located and Nice Rooms the city center is a short walk away, so the location of the hotel is pretty convenient for exploring the city. the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with modern amenities.
Disappointing Food and Poor Entertainment the food was disappointing in terms of selection and flavor, and staff members often seemed disinterested in assisting visitors. Even worse, the hotel entertainment was lacking and failed to live up to expectations.

The hotel had a massive pool, lovely gardens with palm trees, and spacious and well-fitted out rooms, according to one review. the staff were friendly and provided good service, remembering regular orders and offering snacks at the bar. the hotel also offered live music and entertainment in the evenings. the regular shuttle bus provided easy access to explore the city of Marrakech.
The food lacked authenticity and variety, as it was repeated throughout the week and not representative of the local cuisine.
